Two years after its launch in America and subsequent redesign, Google TV is ready to offer its service in the UK.
The Sony branded set-top box is due to launch 16th July. It offers direct access to the internet with built-in Google Chrome web browser and controlled by a dual-sided remote control with a full Qwerty keyboard.
Sony’s Giladas Pelliet claimed the new devices would expand “the reach and interoperability of the powerful Android platform with Sony’s smartphones, tablets and audio and video products”.
